Lady Dimitrescu: The Screaming Shits

To escape Castle Dimitrescu, Rose Winters needs to retrieve the "Full Moon Relief." Unfortunately, it's is in the bathroom with Lady Dimitrescu, whose suffering from explosive diarrhea after drinking some of Rose's blood! Rose must sneak inside and snatch it out from under Lady Dimitrescu.
